Gates: All Welded gates / Cantilever gates, roller gates which measurements provided to us, or over standard built lengths are pre paid and not refundable items. Ordered Products: Any product ordered for your project will be subject to a 50% deposit on the material and is not refundable. there are no exceptions

Our Financing services are offered via FINANCE-IT Canada. you can apply on our website at www.derksonfencing.com or we can send you a link We can discuss Financing options with you to determine a payment and budget Once your application is processed you will have an instant notification of approval or considitions. All Financing is O.A.C ( On Approved Credit) like any financial application you have to meet certain requirements Approvals are moved to your file and held till your project is complete, once your project is complete the office will send you completion documents you will have to sign electronically and we are done its that simple Rates & buy downs: there is no such thing as FREE, if you want a 0% option or special term we can do that there is a cost to this and we will give you the options on your request. Financing is based on Prime rate and further determined by your Credit rating which impacts your rate at which a lender will consider the loan. We have no say in this we are only the dealer and we are offering you a third party option for your project funding. How do you determine pricing for your services?

With over a decade of quoting & site experience we know that there is no such thing as identical pricing, there are no 2 properties the same it's that simple.

Our pricing:

Quotes are based on the type of service, materials required, the scope of the job, Location, Complexity, Equipment needs & More.

Do Discounts apply?:

Hiring a Professional Costs more period! We quote projects based on the job & scope of work. We price fair & transparent, the fact is hiring professionals will cost more than DIY its that simple. Trades people like yourself or anyone else works in their chosen field to make a living.

We consider all tasks of what it takes to do the project, small jobs will have call out charges applied to cover installer wages, there may be added logistics costs for Trucks & Specialized equipment, larger jobs due to volume typically have more room to cover some costs and we take it all into consideration while quoting we always provide fair pricing.

Transparent Pricing:

Upfront pricing before any work begins, following the above scope of work & not limited to on site surprises.

Variation or unforeseen Issues causing price change:

It's to be expected that there may be unforeseen issues either in the ground, with utility locates, neighbouring properties, changes to client requests, etc. that all will adjust the cost of the project, this is simple if we have to invest more time, manpower, equipment, stop work orders for approvals to proceed this is all billable this lies outside the presented scope of quoted work.

Typical Quote process:

What is your fence type, height, design, gate type, custom needs etc.
Where are is your project located, this matters as we need to calculate logistics its that simple.
What is the access like to the property can we get our machinery in?, what site restrictions are in place we need to work around, Utilities in the area, trees YES stumps & roots matter
Labour costs vary on location and access for time requirements to do the job.
Ground type: concrete slabs, asphalt, roots, rocks, ground heaving, sinking, trees, concrete, utility locations, etc
Complexity of project material needed to determine logistics costs to transport materials to Site, equipment needs

Other factors may apply during the process, but we walk through this all with you. so there are no surprises at the end.

Do you offer Warranty?

All our suppliers provide a base limited warranty on their products. Please note that most warranties are limited and prorated, and do not cover acts of nature, abuse, neglect, or misuse.

The warranty for our labor services is valid for one year following product installation. Similar to product warranties, the labor warranty does not cover acts of nature, abuse, neglect, or misuse.

If you require repairs, we encourage you to complete our request form today.

You bet! We’ve got all sorts of materials and a bunch of parts for everything we sell.

We ship all across Canada, using our own trucks or trusted third-party carriers.
